There are two ways to navigate to the user creation page:

1. You can access the Create User Page from the Quick Access menu, which provides a direct link to create a new user.
2. Alternatively, you can access it from the menu bar within the People module, where you will find an option to create a new user.

Both methods allow you to easily navigate to the user creation page from the landing page for managing user accounts in the system.
