ExpertusONE’s 2022 Year in Review
In 2022, ExpertusONE pushed the training industry forward by focusing on digital experiences for all types of learners. We focused on the needs of modern learners and on discovering how ExpertusONE’s solutions can help learners regardless of setting, role, or requirement. We took a well-rounded approach, investigating the technologies required to deliver a positive digital experience and how those technologies can tailor training to each learner’s changing needs. We developed new technology solutions that cater to specific industries, and we contributed to the global dialogue surrounding existing training programs.
Here’s a look at our year in review, including all of our new innovations that prioritize the learner experience and some of the recognition we have received in the media.
ExpertusONE launched the ONE-Profile Card.
We launched the ONE-Profile Card, a QR-code system for managing certifications and credentials. This new technology is all about helping learners track and prove their credentials. It enables learners and managers to rapidly share and verify training information by scanning the code.
This digital record helps gig workers and contractors win contracts and enables businesses to feel confident in their staff. In today’s gig economy, companies need to show their proficiency and their employees’ proficiency in order to win a job or account. Unfortunately, sharing certifications with hiring managers and prospects has always been a cumbersome process that requires scanning, sending, and re-sending documents between multiple sources. This technology struck a chord with industry leaders across the country, and many major news publications covered our launch, including Benzinga, a leading financial media outlet.
The ExpertusONE LMS enabled the U.S. Government Publishing Office to implement digital training rapidly.
Our work with The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) enabled rapid digitalization that provided the agency with the opportunity to train employees, even in a hybrid work environment.
The U.S. GPO came to us in 2020 with an urgent need; they were facing a mounting skills gap and required virtual training for a large group of team members due to the pandemic. When they came to us, they had no infrastructure — but we helped bridge the gap. This was unique for the industry, and the results of our work with GPO were highlighted in multiple publications this year, from Industry Today, a leading business media platform, to The Federal News Network and Government Executive, a news source for all updates on the U.S. federal government.
The ExpertusONE LMS transforms healthcare training.
This year, we also dove into the training challenges that the healthcare industry faces and identified ways that our digital, next-generation LMS software could solve those challenges. While we’ve always served the healthcare industry, this year, we focused on addressing the challenges that are unique to this sector of work, including the complexity of credentialing, the increasing skills gap, and the lack of digitalization throughout the industry overall.
Our ONE-Profile Card launch was part of this initiative, though this technology can be used in a variety of industries. We shared some insights about the importance of digital learning experiences for healthcare with HR Tech Cube, one of the world’s leading technology media hubs, as well as Benzinga and Healthcare IT Today, an outlet covering healthcare information technology.
Our CEO Ramesh Ramani joined the Forbes Technology Council.
This year, our CEO and Co-Founder, Ramesh Ramani, became a member of the Forbes Technology Council and has since been lending his expertise on the platform. This council is an incredibly exclusive, invitation-only cohort of leading technology executives; together, these individuals work to build professional skills and gain connections and visibility. To be accepted into this prestigious group, one must exhibit a successful impact on business growth metrics and both personal and professional honors. Ramesh was granted this honor due to his vast accomplishments and industry experience.
In a statement covering his acceptance, Ramesh said: “at the crossroads of software engineer, tech entrepreneur, and company leader, I am truly passionate about driving the technological innovations and conversations that will lead us to achieve our brightest future. It’s a real honor to join the global conversation and to contribute my training and development, and software development expertise on a highly respected platform among the best leaders in the tech industry.” Read his profile on the Forbes Tech Council here, as well as his article about important tips to employ when creating a mobile website.
Top 50 Female Leaders in SaaS
In November, our COO and co-founder, Mohana Radhakrishnan, was recognized as one of the top 50 female leaders in the software-as-a-service industry. She was commended for her achievements in the field, from her honors in various publications to her previous work with Franklin Resources, and her collegiate successes at both Oklahoma State University and the University of Madras. In her time at ExpertusONE, she has “brought to life the company’s mission of building the next generation of workforce learning” and has “helped companies reach their compliance goals, optimize training with extensible apps, and keep employees engaged.” Many thanks to everyone at The Software Report for featuring our COO on her success in the industry.
